    We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your logo request alongwith brief for the jobs.

    Your samples will be presented to you in five business days after we receive 50% as advance.

    It varies from package to package. But we guarantee your satisfaction (please see package details)
  • What if I don't like any of initial logo designs?
    You will be presented with other sample designs of logos. Options according to package details.
  • What if I have my own idea for the logo design?
    Any ideas or requests you may have for your future logo design you may indicate in your logo request, or contact your project coordinator. Please be as specific as possible.
  • Can you redo my existing logo design?
    Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your logo request.
  • Do you do illustrations?
    Our packages and prices do not include illustration designs. Please contact us to get our quotes on illustrations.
  • What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
    There is a big difference between a corporate image and an illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size. Illustrations are usually a very complicated artwork that looses its quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and recognize.

    Yes, we create any type of graphic identity.
  • When I view my stationery on the web site it seems to have different colors from my original logo design?
    Yes, it happens because we match your logos RGB colors with Pantone colors for your stationery. Pantone colors may appear different on screen because we match them on the Pantone chart as it will appear when it gets printed. You will get a version of your logo in RGB colors as well.
  • Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
    All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers.
  • What kind of files will I get if I order?
    Once you approve the final logo, your logo kit will be sent to you by email with optimized files for the web: (*gif 72 dpi, *jpeg 150 dpi) as sample designs, vector resizable files for printing (*.ai, *cdr), high resolution image (*tiff 300 dpi) and (*eps) files in pantone, RGB and black/white colours. Layout designs can also be given in PDF format.
  • What is Ready Artwork?
    Ready Artwork is a printed material that is needed in the process of printing your stationery at a professional print shop. Every color in your stationery is separated by single colors and each color is printed separately.
  • Why do I want Ready Artwork?
    Now a days you don't have to have Ready Artwork. It is good to have when you are planning to print your stationery in spot (Pantone) colors, and your print shop is using an old technology. Modern printers can print spot color jobs directly from the digital file, or in many cases they use films.
  • What is vector a scalable file?
    Vector files are files that you can resize, scale, and even change colors or fonts without loosing any quality or resolution on your image. It's best to make GIFs or any other bitmap formats you may need for your web site. Vector files are mostly used by professional designers or print shops.
  • Will you provide me with scalable vector files?
    Yes, we provide you with scalable vector files.
  • What are Pantone colors?
    Pantone colors are used by professional print shops around the world. They are universal colors that help designers, print shops and customers talk in one language.
  • How can I use vector files?
    Vector files are used on specific vector based software applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. We will provide you with both formats.
  • Can I edit my stationery?
    Yes, you can edit, or change all the information on your business card and stationery. You will need to have Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw installed on your computer, because your stationery files are in a vector format.
  • Why does the color look different when I print it?
    Your personal printer doesn`t use exact colors that you see on the screen. You have to calibrate your printer with the screen first for the best match.
  • Do you design brochures?

  • How many designers work at Go4logo?
    We have a logo design team of high class professional designers who are working full time in a house. There are at least two logo designers working on each project.
  • What software do you use to create the logo design?
    Our designers work with multiple software application Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw.
Which of the payment methods do you accept, and which don’t?
We accept all the major credit card: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express. Payment should be made through CC Avenue. We also accept company cheques. We do not accept bank transfers.
